V?terbotten County, or V?terbottens l? is a County or l? in the north of Sweden. It borders to the counties of V?ternorrland, J?tland, Norrbotten as well as the Norwegian county of Nordland and the Gulf of Bothnia.

V?terbotten County is divided upon the provinces of Westrobothnia, Angermannia and Lapponia.
The main aim of the County Administrative Board is to fullfil the goals set in national politics by the Parliament and the Government, to coordinate the interests of the county, to promote the development of the county, to establish regional goals and safeguard the due process of law in the handling of each case. The arms for V?terbotten County is a combination of the arms of Westrobothnia, Lapponia and Angermannia. When it is shown with a royal crown it represents the County Administrative Board. Blazon: "Parted per fess, base parted per pale, the arms of Westrobothnia, the arms of Lapponiaand the arms of Angermannia."
