The Morning After is a 1986 film which tells the story of an alcoholic woman who wakes up after a long drinking bout to find a murdered man in the bed next to her. It stars Jane Fonda, Jeff Bridges and Sidney Lumet.

The movie was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress (Jane Fonda).
