Pottsylvania

Pottsylvania, in the fictional universe defined by Jay Ward's The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show, was a country in Eastern Europe whose interests were generally understood to be hostile to those of the "free world".

The government of Pottsylvania was headed by a uniformed dictator known only as Fearless Leader. Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale were Pottsylvanian agents tasked to "Get moose and squirrel."
