Posavina

Posavina is the name for the Sava river basin in Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia. Major cities along the river are Sisak, Slavonski Brod and others.

Posavina is also a canton of the Bosnian Muslim-Croat Federation. It is the smallest canton, populated mostly by Croats.
