The Mobile Payment Services Association (MPSA) is an alliance between telecommunication operators, to offer paying utilizing user's mobile phones.

MPSA includes:

• Orange
• Telef?ica de Espa?
• T-Mobile
• Vodafone

One of the goals of the MPSA is to enable Interoperable Mobile Payment.
