Mireya Elisa Moscoso Rodr?uez de Arias is the president of Panama for the Arnulfista party.
She has been president since 1999 and is the widow of former president Arnulfo Arias. She ran on a campaign to reduce poverty, improve education and slow down the privatization policy.
