Methcathinone

Methcathinone (called cat) is a recreational drug that is cheap and simple to synthesise. It is usually snorted, but can be taken orally or injected.

It is naturally produced by the "khat" plant, Catha edulis, but can be made synthetically by the oxidation of pseudoephedrine.
