L?ne-Viru County or Western Virumaa (Estonian: L?ne-Viru maakond or L?ne-Virumaa) is a County or maakond of Estonia. It is located in northern Estonia bordering to Ida-Viru, J?va, J?eva and Harju counties.

Population of the county is 70,592 (01.01.2002). Regarding the size of population, West-Viru is the fifth largest county in Estonia.
