Kerry Wendell Thornley (

1938 -
November 28,
1998) was the co-founder of
Discordianism, in which context he is usually known as Omar Khayyam Ravenhurst.
He served in the same platoon as Lee Harvey Oswald in 1959 and wrote a book about him, The Idle Warriors, the only book written about Oswald prior to President Kennedy's assassination in 1963.
