Hell?ismos

Hellenismos is a name given to the
Greek religion, that is, the autochthonous
pre-Christian traditional religion of the Hellenes (
Greeks). The name is especially associated with the
Roman Emperor Julian, who attempted to revive the pagan
religions of
classical antiquity in an attempt to diminish the growth of
Christianity.
