Emperor Ai of Han China, ch 漢哀帝, py. h? āi d?/strong>, wg. Han Ai-ti, (51 BC - 7 BC) was an emperor of the Chinese Han Dynasty. The emperor and Dong Xian were lovers, same sex relationships and attractions being called "the passions of the cut sleeve" after a story that rather than disturb the sleeping Dong Xian, Ai cut off his sleeve.
