Donald Olding Hebb

Donald Olding Hebb (
1904-
1985) is often considered the father of Cognitive psychobiology. He was a lecturer of
psychology at
McGill University in
Canada. His most famous work involved the rule of covariation of synaptic weight between two neurons.
