Boom operator

Boom Operator is an assistant of the Sound Engineer. He is responsible for setting up equipment for recording sound, ensuring that the recording mechanism is fully operative, assisting in synchronizing sound with wilm, ensuring that the sound recording functions according to film being shot etc. He is also responsible for maintenance of the sound equipment.
