?vsborg County

?vsborg County, or ?vsborgs l?, was a county of Sweden until December 31, 1998 when it was merged with the counties of Gothenburg and Bohus and Skaraborg to form the county of V?tra G?aland. It consisted of the Provinces of Dalia and the central part of Westrogothia with the seat of residence in the city of Bor?.

The municipalities of Habo and J?k?ing, ceded from ?vsborg to acced J?k?ing County, on January 1, 1999.
